QR POS Scan-to-Order
QR POS lets you place QR codes on items, shelves, or price tags. Customers scan with their phone camera, add items to a cart, and submit the order. The order appears on the staff/owner screen for confirmation, payment, and receipt printing.
This is perfect for busy shops, supermarkets, malls, and β€œone-person” shops during rush hours.

Staff can scan the QR code using their phone and complete the order on behalf of the customer. This keeps sales fast and reduces queue.

Yes. Employees can use their phone to scan QR codes and create sales quickly. This is useful when serving customers who prefer not to scan themselves.

Yes. DALEAM WEB supports barcode-based selling so users can use barcode scanner devices to speed up checkout and reduce manual product search. Once a product barcode is saved in the system, scanning it can instantly find and add the item for sale.

You can use most common barcode devices that behave like keyboard input, including USB barcode scanners, wireless scanners, and Bluetooth handheld barcode readers. If the scanner types the barcode into the input field, it can work with the system.

Yes. Each product should have a barcode saved in the system. You can scan and save the product barcode while adding a product, or enter it manually. After that, staff can use barcode devices to sell faster.

If a scanned barcode is not found, it usually means the product barcode has not yet been saved correctly, or the scanned barcode does not match the barcode stored for that product. Once the correct barcode is updated in the product list, the scanner will work properly.

Yes. Employees can make sales simultaneously. The system tracks who served each customer, and records sales per staff for monitoring and performance review.

Owners can register employees with proper access control and track sales per staff. For added accountability, employee registration can include a guarantor/verification record (based on your setup). This helps reduce fraud and improves responsibility.

Yes. DALEAM WEB can support biometric clocking for staff attendance, including staff check-in and check-out using biometric devices such as fingerprint machines. This helps owners monitor attendance more accurately than manual signing.

Biometric clocking is used to record staff attendance, time-in, time-out, lateness, and presence at work. It helps reduce false attendance records and gives employers better control over staff management.

Yes. Biometric attendance records can help employers review lateness, absenteeism, and staff work patterns. Depending on your setup, this can also support payroll checks and attendance-based staff evaluation.

Unmatched biometric logs can be reviewed by the employer or admin. This helps correct device mapping issues and ensures the right staff member is linked to each attendance record.

Yes. Submitted sales can be edited when there is a genuine correction needed (quantity, item name, unit price, etc.). The editor must provide a short reason for the edit.
βœ… Managers/Owners can edit any sale.
βœ… Employees can edit only the sales they made (based on employee session ID).

If the new total is lower than the original total, the edit is flagged for employer review (a β€œrequires review” flag). This helps protect the shop against unauthorized reductions while still allowing genuine corrections.

Yes. Edited sales can be recorded in an audit table (e.g., sales_edits) capturing: editor ID/role, reason, before & after details, timestamp, client IP, and a tamper-evident hash. This gives owners confidence and supports dispute resolution.

Yes. You can print receipts from phone/tablet/desktop depending on your printer setup (POS printer or A4 printer). Receipts can include shop branding, customer details, and staff name.

You can add products one-by-one or load in bulk (depending on your module). Each product can have price, quantity, category, product code/SKU, and barcode. The system updates quantities automatically when sales are made.

Yes. The dashboard can show low-stock items and you can monitor remaining quantities so you restock early.

Yes. If you have 2–4 shops (or more), you can manage them under one account and track each shop separately. You can also transfer goods virtually within the system.
This helps owners move stock without physically going to every branch before updating records.

Yes. It works well on Android, iPhone, tablets, and desktops. If your site is configured as a PWA, users can also install it as an app (Add to Home Screen / Install App).

Yes. We can help with onboarding, product loading, barcode scanner setup, QR POS setup, receipt branding, biometric attendance setup, multi-shop setup, and staff training. Visit the Services page for details.

Premium features can be billed monthly/periodically depending on your setup. When an invoice is generated, you can pay it from the billing page and print/view invoice details. If you face any billing issue, contact support with your invoice number.
☁️ Cloud, Offline Mode & Synchronization

Offline Mode Local-first
DALEAM Offline Mode allows a prepared computer, phone, or tablet to continue selected shop operations even when internet access or the central server is temporarily unavailable. Daily POS work is stored locally on the device first, then synchronized with the central DALEAM system when server access returns.

On a device that has already been prepared for Offline Mode, the main offline-capable workflow includes:
  • Manual Sell Product for product search/type-and-sell checkout.
  • Barcode / Scanner Sale for shops using a barcode scanner.
  • Add Product for creating products locally during an outage.
  • Offline Dashboard and cached POS information required for local work.
  • Pending transaction storage until server synchronization succeeds.
Full management, reporting, billing, finance and other server-authoritative functions continue to use the central server.

Not for the offline-capable POS workflow on a prepared device. Once Offline Mode has been prepared and the required catalogue/application files are available locally, staff can continue supported selling operations without waiting for internet access. When connectivity returns, pending work can synchronize with the central system.

A device that was prepared earlier can enter DALEAM Offline Mode and continue the supported local POS workflow. Transactions are queued on that device instead of being discarded. When the central server becomes reachable again, DALEAM checks the pending queue and attempts synchronization.

Pending offline products and sales are stored locally and are not treated as synchronized until the server confirms them. They can remain pending while the server or network is unavailable. Do not clear the browser's Site Data or IndexedDB on a device that still has unsynchronized DALEAM work, because those browser storage areas contain the local offline records.

DALEAM keeps pending operations in a local queue. When the server is reachable, product creation is synchronized before sales that depend on that new product. A locally created product can receive its final server product code, and pending sales that refer to the local product can then be reconciled and synchronized afterward. A transaction is removed from the pending state only after successful server confirmation.

Yes, in the offline-capable workflow. A product created locally is added to the shared offline POS catalogue so that it can be available to the manual Sell Product interface and, when a barcode is available, to the Barcode / Scanner interface. The product creation remains pending until the central server confirms and assigns/reconciles its final server record.

They are separate selling interfaces:
  • Manual Sell Product is for searching, typing, selecting products and entering quantities manually.
  • Barcode / Scanner Sale is for shops that use a barcode scanner to identify products quickly.
Both can use the same prepared local product catalogue, but the scanner interface is not forced on shops that sell manually.

A prepared device can use the DALEAM Offline PIN gateway for the local offline-capable POS functions. This allows the local selling workflow to open without sending the operator back through the normal live PHP login simply because internet happens to be available. Live management pages and central-server operations still use normal server authentication.

offline_setup.php is used while the normal DALEAM session and server are available. It prepares or refreshes the device for Offline Mode by making sure the required offline application, user/shop context and current POS catalogue are available locally. It is best to prepare important shop devices before an outage occurs.

Yes. DALEAM Offline is specifically designed to allow an authorized, prepared device to continue important shop operations when the central server or internet connection is unavailable. Users can log in with their 6-digit Offline PIN and continue supported functions such as Manual Sell Product, Barcode / Scanner Sale, and Add Product. Pending products and sales remain stored locally and can synchronize when the central server becomes available again.
Important: a completely new or unprepared device will not yet contain that shop's Offline PIN profile, prepared offline application data, or local product catalogue. Prepare important sales devices while the live system is available so they are ready for a future outage.

DALEAM WEB uses a hybrid cloud + local-first design. The central server/database remains the authoritative source for accounts, management, reporting, billing, finance and synchronized business records. The offline layer keeps selected daily POS work available locally so the shop does not have to stop selling simply because internet or server access is temporarily interrupted.

Pending local records remain stored on the prepared device as long as the browser's site data is preserved. DALEAM cannot run its normal page JavaScript while the browser/computer is fully closed, so synchronization resumes when the application is opened again and server access is available.

Do not clear DALEAM Site Data, IndexedDB or browser storage while there are unconfirmed offline products or sales. Also avoid resetting the browser profile or removing the site storage before synchronization. If troubleshooting is required, contact support first so the pending local records can be protected.

Offline Mode uses a prepared local profile and Offline PIN access for supported local functions. The central server remains authoritative for synchronized records and live management access. When queued work is synchronized, the server-side endpoints still validate the shop/user context before accepting records. Offline access should therefore be prepared only on trusted business devices.

The DALEAM homepage can provide direct links to Offline PIN Access, Prepare / Refresh This Device, and the Offline Dashboard. On an already prepared device, use Offline PIN Access when the live system is unavailable.

Yes, when the browser/device supports installation of the DALEAM PWA. Installing it gives users a convenient app-style icon and works together with the prepared offline application. The device still needs to be prepared for Offline Mode before relying on it during an outage.
