First time on this browser/device? Offline access must first be authorized by the live DALEAM system so nobody can simply type another shop's code and invent a PIN. While the server is online, use Prepare / Refresh This Device. After preparation, this page only needs the Shop/User Code + 6-digit Offline PIN.

Offline session: A successful Offline PIN login is remembered for up to 8 hours on this browser profile, but never beyond the device's offline authorization expiry. Offline Logout clears the active session immediately.

Important — Protect This DALEAM Offline Browser After Offline Setup is completed, this browser/profile becomes part of the DALEAM offline system. Do not clear or reset its DALEAM storage while offline work is still needed or waiting to synchronize.

Please do NOT do the following on this prepared browser/profile:

❌ Do not use “Clear Site Data” for DALEAM.

❌ Do not delete DALEAM IndexedDB or local storage.

❌ Do not reset or clear the browser/app data.

❌ Do not remove the browser profile before all pending work is synchronized.

❌ Do not expect another browser/profile to automatically contain this offline data.

❌ Do not uninstall/reinstall the browser before confirming pending offline records are synchronized.

✅ Safe: You may close the browser, restart the phone/computer, or shut the device down. The prepared DALEAM offline data should remain available as long as the browser's DALEAM site storage is not cleared.

💡 Recommended: Use the same dedicated browser/profile for DALEAM on this sales device. Before clearing or resetting that browser, first make sure all pending offline products and sales have synchronized successfully.

How this works

DALEAM WEB uses a hybrid cloud + local-first workflow. The server remains the master system for management, reporting, billing and synchronized records, while supported daily POS work can continue locally on a prepared device.

Best practice

Prepare all important shop devices while the live system is available. Keep using the same prepared browser/profile, and do not clear its DALEAM Site Data, IndexedDB or local storage while offline records may still be pending. A completely new or cleared browser must be prepared again before relying on Offline Mode.
